#1 Yes it is free to use and you can use 4 advertisement submitters for free. You can also be part of a team and win credits for free. You can also message your team members and get your own personal mail box for free. You can also earn $15 commissions on each referred member who upgrades and use the Traffic Swapper - for free.

#2 It is a Traffic Swapper that also offers several other types of tools. You can make contacts through your team and the mailbox system. You can make a lot of money on this too.

#3 A Traffic Swapper is this; you visit a fellow member site for 7 seconds and gain "surf" credits. You can also trade your "surf" credits and use them for your own sites! You can use them for visits by other surfing members, for use of the 4 massive ad submitters, or for textads. These text ads are special. Half of them are tagged with extra credits so when a member clicks on one and visits your site, they win. This is so they will actually get clicked and not "tuned out". We know text ads [such as these] usually have a very low click rate compared to other types of tools. Also, this is a very, very smooth running Traffic Swapper and has advanced anti-cheats. You can assign how many credits that you want on each site you list for the Traffic Swapper. Free members get to list 2 sites, upgraded members can list unlimited amount of sites. To use the 4 super submitters, you must have a "super" credit. You buy your super credits with the surf credits that you gained through the Traffic Swapper!

#4 A free member can use 4 advertisement submitters (blog network pages, link directories, article directories, social bookmarking sites). They can use the Traffic Swapper, Text ads and the Mail Box. They also are included in the team and can win along with the team.

#5 You can trade them for the 4 super submitters (if a free member). For text advertisements or Traffic Swapper Visits.

#6 If you ordered through Google, we have to manually upgrade your account. If you never returned to the return page (after paying) then it would not be able to upgrade you automatically. If you lost your login cookie, this will prevent upgrade. This is done by one person only as only 1 person (the owner) has access to the database of HalloTeams. Please allow some time for it to be adjusted.

#7 We pay on or around the 5th of every month. Sometimes earlier, sometimes a couple days later than the 5th. We always pay what is due.

#8 To get $5 from your team mate making a sale, you need to be upgraded. When a person does upgrade, we show them the username of the direct sponsor who made $15 and then also the username of who got $5. We then credit their accounts with that money due.

#9 Make sure you do not copy and past your username and password in. Make sure you can accept login cookies. We have to use a cookie like every other site out there so you don't have to login multiple times.

#10 There are a total of 11 different advertising submitters. They cover about every type out there! There is the Ad Boards submitter, the Email ad submitter, Feed blaster, Forum submitter, Blog submitter, Article submitter, General Directory submitter. There is also the blog pages, link directories, article directories, social bookmarking sites <-- all submitters. About half are downloaded, and the other half work in your browser. All are explained before use and some are accessed by only upgraded members.

#11 While surfing on Traffic Swapper, in your browser address bar showing the URL, you will see "Believe_in_Success" or "I_LOVE_MY_MEMBERS!" or "Be_A_Star".... there are many of them. They are there for NO reason and it is just short messages to you from the owner!

#12 You can change these in your account (also called Profile). In the members area it says "Account, Picture - How to pay you?".

#14 Every once in a great while we will get a refund or someone who bypassed paying. Emailing our mail boxes will not get you an answer about it as we do NOT monitor any email boxes due to massive spam. We do not personally notify anyone of a refunder or a cheater. Just know it was 1 of those reasons, period.

#15 Go to "account..." and change your mail receiving preferences/vacation setting to "YES". In the members area it says "Account, Picture - How to pay you?".

#17 You automatically belong to your sponsor's color team and all team members are automatically "friends" that you can message in your mailbox provided by us.

#18 Teams form by who refers who. Simply put, if your referrer (or friend or sponsor) sends you to their page and you join them - then you belong to their color team. There are 4 color teams; red, gold, blue and green.

#19 Your mailbox only displays 100 of your messages from team mates. Delete some to see more.

#20 Free members must surf the Traffic Swapper and view at least 400 sites (only 25 minutes a week!) to get their share of UP TO 500,000 Traffic Swapper credits when your team wins the referral or surf contest in a 14 day period.

#21 Read this guide, LOGIN AND USE IT, click links and USE THEM, and generally just read everything and use it :-) This guide took 7 hours to do so please read it. The site is chock full of instructions - took days. We try and provide every answer we could :-)

#22 We provide all the promotional materials that you need inside the members area. You can always modify them or create your own. Use the email ad to other websites that offer advertising. The same with the banner ads. Places like Clixsense, Donkeymails, Traffic Era, Hits4Pay, ListVolta are 5 different types of advertising sites. Those are just examples and there are many, many types and many websites for them.

#23 If you mispell your referral url, it will automatically default to the admin page. Make sure yours is spelled correctly, your username in the url is in small letters, and if you use HTML, make sure that is correct.

#24 You can get those income streams for FREE and you must edit the "Builder" in order to do so. In the members area it says "Add in usernames [6 more incomes!]". And of course, HalloTeams is #7...

#25 We provide you this mailbox so you can contact your team mates. We show you a list of your team mates and at 1 click of a button, you can easily send a message. Upgraded members can message ALL of their team mates once a day - all at once - in 1 click of a button. You can delete messages, reply and even instantly block those members who spam you with ads. This mail box can not be used to send emails to other domains. It can only be used for Halloteams.com

#26 If it is not our server (rarely) then click on "CLOSE LIST". This will stop it from taking so long to pull the list and preserve our server juice also. This will take the load off the page. You can always click "Open List" to show your list of team mates again.

#27 No, that would not be fair.

#28 We have a special reporting system. Instead of clicking multiple javascript pop up boxes about "do you want to leave the site"... "report"... "login again..." We just log the last site that you visited. So when you return to Halloteams and go back to the surf click on "report last site". That catches the real, true URL of the site as most frame breaker urls are disguised! (DO NOT HIT YOUR "BACK" BUTTON AS YOU WILL SEE THAT SAME SITE THAT DID IT IN THE FIRST PLACE).

#29 Yes of course. You must do it.... as we will not hunt down your username and do it for you. Customer service at the ticket system will not do it for you as she does not have access to do it. Save your time and ours by doing this: Login... go to.. delete account...

#30 I have owned my own membership type domains for just about 11 years. I also do the programming and design. I just recently hired a customer service representative for the support ticket system, since I do not monitor my domain mailboxes so much (way too much spam mail). Be easy on the customer service rep. as she is my mother and is still learning all 36 domains that I own. 3/4 of them are very popular, high traffic domains so she has her hands full!
